The villa offers generous social areas with plenty of room for spending time together. On warm days, you can relax beside the private pool, while the sauna and indoor jacuzzi provide the perfect setting for unwinding after a day of golf, swimming or exploring the surrounding area.
Despite its peaceful and private location, central Stockholm is easily accessible by car or commuter train from Bro station.

One of the villa’s greatest advantages is its proximity to Bro Hof Slott Golf Club, regarded as one of Europe’s leading golf destinations. The club features two renowned 18-hole courses – The Stadium Course and The Castle Course – set within beautiful castle grounds beside Lake Mälaren.
Bro-Bålsta Golf Club is also located nearby and offers both an 18-hole course and a 9-hole course. The villa is therefore ideal for a golf holiday, allowing your group to experience several different courses while staying comfortably together in one house.
Lake Mälaren, swimming and nature
The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for swimming, walking, cycling, fishing and other outdoor activities. Lake Mälaren and several bathing areas are located nearby, including Björknäs Beach, where you will find a sandy beach, rocks and green areas for relaxing beside the water.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
The villa has four regular bedrooms and one additional room that can be prepared as a bedroom when required.
Bedroom 1 – upper floor
The master bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed for two guests. There is also space for an additional mattress on the floor if required.
The bedroom has access to a spacious bathroom with double sinks, an indoor jacuzzi and a shower.
Bedroom 2 – lower floor
One 180 cm king-size bed for two guests.
Bedroom 3 – lower floor
One 120 cm-wide bed and one 80 cm-wide single sofa bed. There is also space for an additional mattress on the floor if required.
Bedroom 4 – lower floor
One 120 cm-wide bed and one 80 cm-wide single sofa bed.
Bedroom 5 – upper floor
This room is not normally used as a bedroom but can be prepared with either one double mattress or two separate single mattresses on the floor when required.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests when all rooms are prepared for sleeping. Additional floor mattresses may be available by prior agreement.
Important information
During 2026, one of the bathrooms provides lukewarm water only. The house has two other fully functioning showers, as well as an indoor jacuzzi. This does not prevent larger groups from comfortably using the villa’s other bathroom facilities.
