Private pool, hot tub and beautiful flowers

Spend the day by your private pool and unwind in the hot tub in the evening. During summer, the house and outdoor spaces are filled with flowers and plants, giving the home its distinctive character. There is plenty of room to gather, share meals and enjoy each other’s company.

Seaside surroundings within reach of Stockholm

The villa is situated in a pleasant residential neighbourhood in Saltsjö-Boo. Approximately 1.5 km away, Boobadet offers a sandy beach, swimming jetties, rocky shores and grassy areas with a playground – a lovely destination for a refreshing morning swim or a full day by the water.

From Boobadet, a waterfront walking route follows Baggensstäket towards Lännersta, offering a wonderful way to explore the area’s coastal scenery.

Bus connections to Stockholm make it possible to enjoy days of shopping, dining and sightseeing.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements – up to 12 guests

The villa is best suited to 8–10 guests, but can accommodate groups of up to 12 people using additional sleeping spaces. There are five bedrooms: four in the main house and one in a separate guesthouse.

Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom, upper floor: A large double bed and direct access to a bathroom. An additional sleeping space is provided on a 90 cm wide inflatable mattress with a soft mattress on top.

Bedroom 2 – Upper floor: A 110 cm wide single bed, with space for an additional inflatable mattress with a soft mattress on top.

Bedroom 3 – Upper floor: A 110 cm wide single bed, with space for an additional 90 cm wide inflatable mattress with a soft mattress on top.

Bedroom 4 – Lower floor: A 160 cm wide double bed.

Bedroom 5 – Separate guesthouse: A 140 cm wide double bed and its own toilet. There is also space for an additional inflatable mattress with a soft mattress on top.

About the additional sleeping spaces

The property sleeps eight guests in standard beds, with up to four additional sleeping spaces on inflatable mattresses. Each inflatable mattress has a soft, comfortable mattress on top for added comfort. These are well suited to children but can also be used by adults.

For bookings of 12 guests, four people will sleep on these additional mattresses. They are placed on the floor and take up some floor space, which is worth considering when planning your stay.

Please specify the number of adults and children in your booking enquiry so we can arrange a sleeping layout that suits your group. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

A private home to enjoy and care for

Villa Solglantan is a lovingly maintained private home, which we are happy to share with guests who appreciate its surroundings and treat the house, furnishings and garden with care.

During summer, depending on the length of their stay, guests may need to help water the flowers and plants. If this applies to your visit, the extent of the watering required will be explained before booking. Instructions will be provided at the house.

For a peaceful and enjoyable stay

The house is primarily suited to families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway. This is not a party house, and parties or events are not permitted. Guests included in the booking are, of course, welcome to socialise, share meals and enjoy drinks together, while respecting the neighbours and the peaceful surroundings.

When submitting a booking enquiry, please tell us about your group, provide the correct number of guests and describe the purpose of your stay. Any visitors beyond the booked group must be approved in advance.

If incorrect information is provided about the number of guests or the purpose of the stay, or if an unauthorised party takes place, the stay may be terminated – including on the same day – in accordance with the booking terms and the booking platform’s rules.
